Warranty

BED FRAMES

The warranty on bed frames is 3 years against manufacturing defects and breakage during normal use and 1 year on the fabric. Assembly instructions must be followed for the warranty to be valid.

Upon delivery: Breakage of the structure, tears in the fabric or unstitched seams are examples of what would be covered.

In the first year: Fabric breakage (due to normal use) would be covered.

Within the first 3 years: Breakage of the structure (due to normal use) would be covered.

Any claim must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice and a photo of the problem. Our liability, under all circumstances, is limited to replacing the product only. Original buyer only. Non-transferable warranty.

Costs related to the transport of the goods for the purpose of executing the warranty are the responsibility of the buyer at all times.

All sales are final. If a product has a defect covered by the warranty, ECONO BEDS may decide to repair it, replace it or issue a credit.

MATTRESS

Our mattresses are covered by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes normal foam compression. To be valid, the mattress must be clean and stain-free.

For foam mattresses, it is mandatory to use them on a platform bed base or with a suitable box spring.

Any claim must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice and a photo of the problem. Our liability, under all circumstances, is limited to replacing the product only. Original buyer only. Non-transferable warranty.

Costs related to the transport of the goods for the purpose of executing the warranty are the responsibility of the buyer at all times.

ACCESSORIES

The warranty on accessories is one year against manufacturing defects and breakage during normal use.
