Mattress trial period

MATTRESS TRIAL PERIOD:

To allow your body to adjust to your new mattress, ECONO BEDS offers a 100-day trial. During this time, you can ensure the mattress meets your needs.

  • You should keep your mattress for a minimum of 60 days because a minimum trial period is necessary to get used to the new comfort.

The details

Between the 60th and 100th day, ECONO BEDS allows you to make a one-time exchange for another mattress:

  • The new mattress must be of equal or greater value than the previous one.
  • It must also be the same size as the original mattress.
  • Please note that no refunds will be given.

Conditions to be met:

  • The mattress must have been protected by a mattress protector purchased at the same time on the econobeds.ca / econolits.ca website and the mattress must be free of stains . Otherwise, the trial period offer will be voided.
  • To benefit from this trial period offer, you must present:
    • Your original invoice showing the purchase of the mattress and mattress protector.
    • In the absence of this document, the trial period offer cannot be honored.
  • The exchange must take place at the location where the mattress was originally delivered.
  • The trial period offer is only valid for one exchange.
  • Excluded cases where the customer considers that the mattress is too big, too thick, too thin, etc.

Applicable fees:

  • The delivery costs for the new item.
  • The price difference between your initial choice and your new selection (if it is more expensive).

Please note that ECONO BEDS reserves the right to modify or cancel this trial period offer at any time, without notice.

All sales are final. If a product has a defect covered by the warranty, ECONO BEDS may decide to repair it, replace it or issue a credit.
