Returns

It is possible to return a product in its original condition (new in its box - unopened) within 30 days of purchase (excluding mattresses). Return shipping costs related to the transport of the merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer at all times. If you have a request regarding your purchase, please complete our online form available on the "Contact Us" page with a detailed description in the comments section. A member of the customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION OF AN ONLINE ORDER

You can cancel an online order within 24 hours of purchase. To do so, fill out the form available on the "Contact Us" page with a detailed description of your request in the comments section. An email confirmation will be sent to you to approve the cancellation. Without this confirmation, the order will remain valid, and all associated fees will be applied.

Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. However, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement.

ECONO BEDS reserves the right to cancel an online order at any time in the event of a pricing error or out-of-stock item.

All sales are final. If a product has a defect covered by the warranty, ECONO BEDS may decide to repair it, replace it or issue a credit.
